Magnum Fibres Pvt.Ltd. was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the year 1991. The Company started its commercial production of HDPE Fishnet Twines and PP ropes and has gained appreciation throughout India for supply of ropes and twines mostly in the fishing sectors. It also manufactures HDPE Pipes. The Company is located at Mancheswar Indl. Estaste, Bhubaneswar the capital city of Orissa and is well connected by rail, road and air to all other parts of the Country

It has got a fleet of indigenous and imported machines and plastic extrusion equipments to manufacture different products. The entire set up is housed in almost one acre of land and has got a total built up area of about 40,000 sqft.

Professionally managed, the company’s vision is grow many folds in the plastic extrusion field. In the year 2008, the Company has added another feather to their caps by entering the field of Pipe Extrusion and started manufacturing ISI mark HDPE pipes. HDPE pipes are the next generation a pipe compared to PVC and GI pipes and has got advantages in various uses in water supply, sewerage, sprinkler irrigation and also used as PLB DUCT Pipes in telecom industry, Computer Networking etc.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
PP ROPES:

PP ropes are manufactured from Polypropylene Extruded Tapes and then twisted in to various sizes according to standards. The main sizes of Ropes manufactured by the company are 2mm, 3mm, 4mm,5mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm,18mm,20mm,22mm & 24mm Dia.These are 3 strand ropes mostly packed in coils & are supplied in Yellow,White & Silver colours .

Hdpe Fishnet twines are manufactured from Extruded Monofilaments of High Density Polyethene which are twisted to twines in twisters and doublers as per standards. The main sizes of HDPE Twines manufacturing by the company are 0.25mm, 0.50mm, 0.75mm, 0.85mm, 1.00mm, 1.25mm, 1.50mm, 2.00mm, 2.25 & 2.50mm dia in 3strands

These Fishnet twines are used for manufacturing of Fishing Nets and are supplied in cheese & hanks forms, mostly in blue colours to the fishnet manufacturers & dealers.Twines of Blue,Red, Green, white, Yellow colours are also manufactured as per buyers specification.

HDPE PIPES:

HDPE pipes are manufactured by the company from its most modern PLC controlled Automatic Pipe Extrusion Plant. This Plant is having multi production facility with silicone core coating arrangements capable of manufacturing HDPE water pipes, PLB Telecom Ducts etc.

The main sizes of HDPE PIPES manufactured by the company for Water Supply applications under IS 4984:1995 are 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm ,110 mm ,125mm,140mm,160mm,180mm and 200mm Dia in different pressure classes such as PN - 2.5, PN-4,PN-6,PN-8,PN-10 & PN-12.5.
The Telecom pipes i.e. PLB Ducts are manufactured in different sizes like 32/26, 40/33, 50/42 etc. as per specifications of Telecom Engineering Centre ( TEC) .These pipes are manufactured with Silicone Coatings inside & with rope insertion arrangements in different colours like Orange, Yellow, Green, Violet, Blue, Red etc.
