Mr. RAMESH MAHAPATRA
CHAIRMAN – MAGNUM Group
|
Mr. Mahapatra has about 35
years of experience and as the Chairman of MAGNUM, he spearheads the
organization.
He started his career
with IPICOL, a financial institution and moved onto becoming an
entrepreneur in 1984. Having a B-Tech degree in Chemical Engineering,
he also holds a diploma in Development Banking from Management
Development Institute (MDI), New
Delhi, India.
Responsible for
starting the various companies of MAGNUM Group, initially he started
with a Consultancy firm and gradually ventured into the manufacturing
sector. Under his leadership MAGNUM is growing rapidly in the SMB
sector.
Mr. Mahapatra is an active
member with several organizations, which work towards the development
of industries in Orissa. He has also been nominated as the President of
Industrial Association of Bhubaneswar, Orissa and the President of Sea
Foods Association of Orissa.
On the personal front, Mr. Mahapatra
is a voracious reader and likes to spend time with family. His three
year old grand daughter is the joy in his life.

DR. (MRS.) GEETA RANI PADHEE
MANAGING DIRECTOR- MAGNUM Group

Dr. Padhee has
over 25 years of work experience having started her career with
Regional College of Education. After a short stint in the teaching
line, she joined the Consultancy Firm of MAGNUM and gradually involved
herself in several projects.
DR. Padhee
has done her MSc. in Chemistry, and holds a PhD in Nuclear Chemistry
from Utkal University of Bhubaneswar,
Orissa. She has also won the Best Lady Entrepreneur Award thrice ie. in 1992 from Governor
of Orissa,in 1993 from Management forum and
in 1994 from OSMSE.
An active
philanthropist, she dedicates her leisure hours to social work and
community service. She is an active member of organizations like Lions
Club, Inner wheel Club, etc. and she loves to spend her free time with
her two daughters.

Mr. C.V. PADMARAJAN

Mr. Padmarajan has been associated
with MAGNUM Group right from its inception. He has worked in various
capacities prior to joining in MAGNUM Group. He has vast
experience in Accounts, Taxation and Administrative matters.
Presently, he is responsible for HRD, Administration and Personnel,
Legal Matter, and Taxation.
Mr. Padmarajan dedicates his leisure hours to
yoga and meditation.

Cmde Panda a retired Naval
Officer with 35 years in the Indian
Navy; one and half year with Essar Shipping
at Hazira. Solid experience in strategic
decision making, man-management, organisation, developing and
implementing training programs, and troubleshooting and problem
resolution. Flexible and adaptable to dynamic internal and external
environments. Functional skills include General Administration,
Human resource management, Security, Public Relation, Port Development/
Operations, Real Estate Development and Logistics solutions. In
addition to commanding ships at sea and serving in Diplomatic Mission
abroad; he was the Commanding Officer of I.N.S. Chilka,
INS Circars and was Dy. Director General of
NCC, Orissa. Prior to joining MAGNUM Dream Homes Pvt
Ltd., he was the Vice President of ESSAR, Hazira, Surat, Gujrat
and the CEO of Orissa Industries Ltd, Lathikata,
Rourkela.
He holds a Diploma in
M.B.A.[ dual subjects] from Symbiosis, Pune . He was awarded the President’s Gold
medal in RIMC, Dehradun instituted for the
best cadet.
On the personal front,
he preaches and practices the fitness mantra and loves
socializing.

Mr. ANJAN KUMAR GHOSH

At the tender age of 20, Mr. Ghosh
started his own construction and transportation business. Having
34 years of experience in construction and aqua culture, he has
efficiently executed various roads, buildings, dam-construction and
canal excavation projects, for which he has received accolades from the
Government of Orissa, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
He associated himself with MAGNUM about a decade ago
and has significantly contributed to MAGNUM Estate Pvt. Ltd. and is one
of the pioneers of MAGNUM Dream Homes Pvt. Ltd.
A total family person, he is a dare devil and loves
to spend his free time on the fast tracks behind his wheels.

Mr. BIBHUTI BHUSAN MISHRA

An Electrical Engineer by profession, Mr. Mishra joined MAGNUM as a Project Engineer and gradually
took the responsibility of managing the Aqua culture project at Balasore. Hugely responsible for establishing
and expanding the aqua culture units at Balasore,
he is also responsible for diversifying the sea- food export
activities.
His business acumen and efficiency at job has led MAGNUM Sea Foods Pvt.
Ltd. to become the second largest sea-food export house of Orissa.
Apart from expanding the sea-food export business, he is also actively
involved in establishing a modern and sophisticated sea food processing
plant at Botanda, Orissa.
One of the pioneers of MAGNUM Dream Homes Pvt. Ltd.,
he is a dedicated leader motivating his people to deliver the best.
With a socializing streak, he likes to spend his
leisure hours watching old Hindi movies and playing with his son.

Mr. Malla has over 24
years of work experience and now is one of the key leaders of MAGNUM
Group. Specializing in Industrial Consultancy, he is a proficient team
leader, managing the plastic industry (nettings, twines, ropes and
pipes) vertical of MAGNUM Group from wing – to – wing.
Mr. Malla holds a Masters
Degree in Economics and Business Administration and is an extremely
well versed, knowledgeable professional.
A music fan, he is associated with some of the
important spiritual groups of Bhubaneswar,
Orissa

Mr. Reddy has technical and managerial experience
both in the Public and Private sectors. He put his skill set to good
use, when he decided to become an entrepreneur in 2002.
Having done a B-Tech in Electrical Engineering, he has
also won the prestigious “India Development Marketplace
Award-2007” Popularly known as IDM-2007, organized by World Bank.
He has also been facilitated by Hon. Industries Minister of Orissa, for
his Green Efforts to bring CDM projects in Fly Ash Bricks Manufacturing
to Orissa.
An avid cricket fan, he spends his ideal hours in the gym and pursuing
sport activities.

MR. SAROJ KU. RAY

Mr. Ray brings with him 15 years of experience from
large export houses. He joined MAGNUM in 2005 and is presently the Head
– Marketing of MAGNUM Sea Foods Pvt. Ltd. and MAGNUM Estate Pvt.
Ltd. He is independently responsible for the international
business of our Sea Foods Division and is actively associated with the
group activities. He has helped the Company to sail through the
difficult time when the sea food industry was facing international
crisis due to global market recession.
A great mentor for his team, he not only keeps a
check on the operational aspect but continuously works towards 100%
quality assurance to the customers.

Passionate about reading, he spends his free time
playing cricket and pursuing adventurous sports.

Mr. L.N. SETHI
HEAD – Aquaculture
– MAGNUM Estate Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Sethi holds a post graduate degree in
Marine Biology. Mr. Sethi joined MAGNUM in
the year 1995 and is an expert in Black Tiger aqua culture. He has successfully
carried out the aqua culture activities for the last 14 years and is
presently the HEAD of our sea- foods pre – processing operations
and our aqua culture projects at Balasore,
Orissa
Realizing his capabilities and potential, he has
been nominated and sent for several technical trainings and
certifications by the Company.
Mr. Sethi holds a post
graduate degree in Marine Biology. Mr. Sethi
joined MAGNUM in the year 1995 and is an expert in Black Tiger aqua
culture. He has successfully carried out the aqua culture activities
for the last 14 years and is presently the HEAD of our sea- foods pre
– processing operations and our aqua culture projects at Balasore, Orissa
Realizing his capabilities and potential, he has

makes him one of the favorite leaders of

He joined MAGNUM in 1995 and is presently the HEAD of
our sea food procurement section. During his tenure with MANUM, he has
been actively involved in our Aqua Culture project and is considered
the trouble shooter when ever the Company faces any problem connected
with aqua culture and procurement activities.
Mr. Mohanty loves to watch
Hindi Movies at leisure and is also an avid cricket fan.

Mr. PRATAP KU. SAR
HEAD- Medical Transcription
& Data Entry Operation, MAGNUM Telesoft

Mr. Sar has 10 years of
professional experience as a System Engineer in various environments
and Platforms. He has been associated with MAGNUM Telesoft
Pvt. Ltd. right from its inception and has guided the unit to a stable
position over the years.
Being a Diploma in ETC & Telecom, and Microsoft
Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), he is quick learner with a
flexible and adaptable attitude. An excellent team player, his skill
set in system administrations, and technical support enables him to
carry out multiple tasks.
A philatelist, Mr. Sar
spends his free time surfing the net and watching Television.
