The product line of MAGNUM Seafoods Pvt. Ltd. consists of a variety of sea-food products and the company processes about 2000 tons of Black Tiger prawns, shrimps and other varieties of sea- products.
The Company guarantees the quality of our products, which are regularly inspected by the quality controller and are kept in accordance with the HACCP program accepted by USA, European Union, Canada and Japan. Keeping in mind our customers' changing requirements, we continuously upgrade the quality and model of our products.
We have the unique and rare advantage of pre-processing of prawns, shrimps and fishes through our sister concern, MAGNUM Estate Pvt. Ltd. The pre – processing centre set-up at the main landing base in Orissa maintains strict hygienic conditions and is well equipped with water treatment and other effluent treatment facilities.
Recently, we have set-up a modern sea foods processing plant at Jankia, near Bhubaneswar, Orissa, The processing plant has IQF machines and cooking lines from the world renowned DANTEK and is supported by MYCOM screw compressors from Japan. The plant also has plate freezer and blast freezer facilities and is supported by 2500 MT in-house cold storage. The well equipped laboratory and testing centre conducts pre-production tests to ensure quality and hygiene. The tests are conducted around parameters like antibiotic, salamonalla, ecoils filth, etc.
